Oh, I apologize, the kernel build does not seem to be fully complete yet
(and we moved already to 7.0.0-2.2), so the linux-generic meta package
is not there (yet).

But alternatively you can install the kernel like this:

ubuntu@zlin:~$ apt-cache policy linux-image-$(uname -r)
linux-image-6.19.0-6-generic:
  Installed: 6.19.0-6.6
  Candidate: 6.19.0-6.6

        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
ubuntu@zlin:~$ sudo add-apt-repository --yes ppa:canonical-kernel-team/unstable
...
ubuntu@zlin:~$ sudo apt install linux-image-7.0.0-2-generic=7.0.0-2.2
linux-modules-7.0.0-2-generic=7.0.0-2.2
...
ubuntu@zlin:~$ sudo reboot
...
user@local:~$ ssh ubuntu@zlin
...
ubuntu@zlin:~$ apt-cache policy linux-image-$(uname -r)
