Public bug reported:

amdxdna in 7.0 requires an updated firmware binary. This updated binary
has already been shown to cause regression in older kernel, and thus it
has been renamed to a unique name used in 7.0 or later and previous
binary is at the old name.

I assume there will be another upgrade/rebase for linux-firmware for
resolute, but in case there isn't I want to make sure that at least this
firmware gets updated.

The relevant commits are these two:

https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-
firmware.git/commit/amdnpu?id=d8fc350033550f348260081594f71c81d67cf1c1

https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-
firmware.git/commit/amdnpu?id=58cf579b98c0c4878deeda1acb5db70e699875b5

FWIW this firmware also will need to be brought back to noble before 7.0
HWE. As it's a unique name, there is no harm in doing that now if you
want to do it as SRU now (it would actually make testing mainline kernel
on noble much easier!).

** Affects: linux-firmware (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
