Hi,
I have upgraded to ubuntu-26.04 (plasma-6.6) and found problems with
plasma/wayland session like missed panels.
It caused by incorrect QT_QPA_PLATFORM variable value
(QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb but should be QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland).
plasma/x11 UI session work for me.
