This was already fixed in the current version available in
{noble,jammy,questing}-security pockets before the proposed SRU at LP:
#2127661. The reason it is showing up in the changelog was due to the -v
option passed to dpkg-genchanges to bring in all changelog entries
greater than those in those pockets, which are being backported.
