draft - use FFE template
budgie-screencast-applet has been in development since last year but the
ubuntu budgie team code not complete it satisfactorily to meet the
freeze date.
We have now completed this and it has passed internal testing.
This FFE request is to add this binary package to the list of other
binary packages already in resolute.
