As in your other bug ( bug 2141801 ), this is probably not a bug with
qapt or apt. If you are trying to install a .deb with dependencies that
are not available in the repositories, this is the outcome you are going
to get. The problem is with the .deb you are trying to install.
Please give link to what .deb you are trying to install.
