Prove fixed with snapd deb > 2.74 For this test I ran the installation image (downloaded 3 Mar at 10:00 PM) in qemu. (a) In the livecd/pre-install side, it took approx 4.5 seconds from the desktop showing until the installer application started showing. (b) On the firstboot/post-install side, it took approx XXX second from the desktop showing until the firefox icon showed up on the dock. Also snapd seeding was verified to have completed within XX seconds, and pre- seeding was clearly in place as indicated by the dates of some of the preinstall steps. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2116949 Title: Since snapd 2.68, initial seeding time increased To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-platform-snap/+bug/2116949/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
