rust-bytemuck's autopkgtest passes now that rust-defaults has been
updated to 1.92, so I'm closing that task. rust-bytemuck depends on
rust-bytemuck-derive and this is seen on excuses so we don't need that
task anymore.
no-change rebuilds generally aren't useful for rust packages.
