I believe that I'm affected by this bug too, from a fresh install; I
recently bought a Lenovo Thinkpad T14s Gen2 AMD notebook and started
testing Resolute on it. Clicking on the icon did nothing. Running it in
terminal however showed an error, which I was able to partially mitigate
by installing gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad and gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly but
it still doesn't run. So I installed the Gnome 49 version from Flatpak
https://flathub.org/en/apps/org.gnome.Snapshot to make sure it wasn't
the hardware, and THAT runs just fine.
lsusb identifies it as:
Bus 005 Device 002: ID 13d3:5271 IMC Networks Integrated RGB Camera
lshw identifies it as:
*-usb
description: Video
product: Integrated RGB Camera
vendor: Azurewave
physical id: 2
bus info: usb@5:2
version: 60.10
serial: 01.00.00
capabilities: usb-2.01
configuration: driver=uvcvideo maxpower=500mA
speed=480Mbit/s
Here is the error message (with bad and ugly packages installed) I am
currently getting:
