Public bug reported:
On architectures other than s390x, crypto-policies seems to fail the
OpenSSH test due to this error:
"Missing privilege separation directory: /run/sshd"
The autopkgtest should create this directory currently as a setup
method, which means that it almost certainly exists. According to the
tests themselves, none of them fail, so the test seems to fail due to
OpenSSH printing a stderr.
