Public bug reported:
To land Plasma 6.6 in resolute we deferred the libplasma soname bumps
and just rebuilt or removed the only 3 non plasma package that were
affected.
Now 6.6 is all landed in the release pocket, we can remove the reversion
patch and complete the soname bump and resultant mini transition.
