Ping — still reproducible here. Regression window confirmed: 6.8.0-94 boots without amdgpu.runpm=0, but 6.8.0-100 freezes unless amdgpu.runpm=0. Happy to test a proposed kernel or collect any specific logs if you point me to what you want.
