Rationale

The latest upstream version 4.1 brought a bunch of bug fixes that affects the
correctness of program, and the latest version doesn't brought any new features
on user interface. Upgrade such a minor version could reduce many bugs in
Ubuntu 26.04 LTS lifetime. This is a new package introduced in resolute.
