fcl has failed to build on amd64v3.
The following tests FAILED:

33 - test_gjk_libccd-inl_epa (Failed)
35 - test_gjk_libccd-inl_gjk_doSimplex2 (Failed)
Errors while running CTest
libfcl0.7 is currently uninstallable in resolute amd64v3 because an
older amd64 binary package was copied and its dependencies are not
resolvable.
