Description:
The audio icon and volume slider disappeared from the Quick Settings menu 
(top-right panel). The issue appeared suddenly during normal system use — 
everything was working correctly before.


**Additional information:**

* The issue appeared suddenly without any intentional configuration changes.
* Desktop environment: GNOME.
* System version: Ubuntu 26.04.
The ubuntu-bug says it is the problem with alsa-driver but I think it is with 
gnome
