Public bug reported:
In bug 2138721, a temporary work-around was proposed by Intel, and a
latter formal release with ABI breakage fixed is then available as
commit e2207455 ("Intel IPU7: Update firmware binary for Panther Lake").
This depends on ipu7-drivers tag release
20251226_1140_191_PTL_PV_IoT[2].
