Public bug reported:
When doing the final dh_install of the signed .ko files, dh_install is
called once for each file. Each run takes about one second, which
increases the build time significantly due to having hundreds of files.
This can be solved by calling dh_install once per package. The .ko's can
be placed in a debian/tmp directory and the entire directory can be
installed at once. With this change, builds should only take around a
minute.
