Tested logging in with an account which does not have MFA enabled to no
issue, password caching works as expected.
Logging in as an account which requires MFA correctly asked for
authenticator code and the dialogue was incorrectly populated with the
saved password. Reconnecting required me to re-enter the password as the
authenticator code had overwritten the saved password. Subsequent
reconnects had the same issue, as the authenticator code overwrote the
password every time. The fix is reverted.
