interim update
We've seen test issues at
https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/proposed-migration/update_excuses.html#galera-4

But most likely all are flaky infrastructure - armhf is already resolved in a
retry.
the s390x locks like transient infrastructure issues too :-/ retrying it ...

P.S: related to this
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mariadb/1:11.8.6-2 seems to hit
more issues. Yes some seem infra as well (nova timeout) but many others
report the same actual issues.

+ mariadb: "Failing test(s): main.large_pages". Does that need to be
against something else in a new version to pass or what is going on
there?

+ mariadb-connector-odbc: "Can't connect to local server through socket
'/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)" is that a ?new? race at startup? It might
be an accident but is at least suspicious that the one mirgation-
reference in between was good. Is that reproducible locally?

+ cacti - I must admit I do not quickly see what goes wrong there. Is
that reproducible locally?

+ slurm, why should this be only i386?

I re-queued some but please help to chase this down ...
