* d/control: Drop pandoc and python3-setuptools from Build-Depends.
* d/control: Update Standards-Version to 4.7.0 (no changes needed).
* d/rules: Remove pandoc man page override; man page now generated by
hatch-argparse-manpage build plugin.
* d/rules: Drop --with python3 (dh-sequence-python3 activates automatically).
* d/copyright: Update copyright years.
* d/watch: Update to version 5 format.
* d/manpages: Update man page path to man/showinfilemanager.1.
* d/clean: Add man/ directory.
