Description of Issue:
The Bluetooth controller (hci0) enters an infinite loop of crashing and
restarting. When monitored via bluetoothctl, the controller repeatedly changes
its class to 0x000000, powers off, deletes all associated media endpoints and
devices, and then reappears as a "NEW" controller. This cycle repeats every few
seconds, making it impossible to maintain a connection with peripherals
(specifically tested with Sony WH-CH520).
