    - d/usr.sbin.rsyslogd: add attach_disconnected flag to profile
    - d/t/{control,haproxy-logging}: new test to confirm the fix
  * d/p/fix-curl-ftbfs.patch: fix FTBFS with newer curl headers (LP: #2143157)
