Hi Richard Scott, yes, I can confirm that the issue is now fixed with version
33ubuntu2 in resolute-proposed.
I created a new PPA and was able to successfully build and package Rust inside
with -proposed enabled
and also did successful rebuilds in the old PPA, where the build failed before,
but where the fixed dh-cargo version was now pulled in!
