This fails in my test build on armhf:
it requires (libgio-2.0-dev | libgio3.0-cil-dev), where libgio3.0-cil-dev is
available in noble and earlier, and libgio-2.0-dev is available in questing and
later. Unfortunately, it looks like the noble build of libgio3.0-cil-dev failed
due to some dependency introducing the failure, i.e. the 'build1' version
succeeds on armhf:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk-sharp3/2.99.3-4.1build1
but a no-change rebuild of 'build2' then fails on armhf:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk-sharp3/2.99.3-4.1build2
Since the dependency library itself is broken in noble on armhf, we
generally allow backports to proceed, placing the onus of fixing the
problem onto the broken library instead of punishing the backporter and
backported package.
Otherwise, LGTM; approved.
