Thanks for the bug report!
It seems like we have the commit that sets ENA_INTR_INITIAL_TX_INTERVAL_USECS 
to 0 in the 6.17 AWS kernels and also in the in-progress 26.04 kernel.
I'll post updates as we work on fixing that.
