1. Please start by deleting unsupported extensions:
cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/
rm -rf extensions
and log in again.
2. Next time the problem happens, please collect a full system log:
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
3. Please also try a different mouse.
