Public bug reported:

After upgrading to Ubuntu 25.10, I noticed there are sporadic graphical
issues that occur somewhat frequently:

* Missing parts of window/menu top corners
* Sections of dash icons missing
* Menus (clock/notification menu, system menu) missing background and/or other
glitches

I will attach more screenshots in subsequent comments.

I'm not certain if this is a bug with gnome-shell or another component,
but I thought I would file the issue here first.

My system would also often freeze/crash soon after these issues
appeared, but I'm not certain the two are related and my system seems to
be freezing less as time goes on (and as package updates are installed).

** Affects: gnome-shell (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "Top corners of the Restart window are missing"
