Public bug reported:
rpicam-apps is marked arch: all armhf arm64 in its d/control, but
depends on binaries that build only for armhf and arm64. Since this
package is specific to Raspberry Pis only, it makes sense to drop the
`arch: all` attribute for rpicam-apps
