Public bug reported:

mozjs140 built successfully on all architectures in this PPA on March
10. The armhf build used llvm-toolchain-21 1:21.1.8-4ubuntu2

The next day mozjs140 was uploaded to resolute-proposed and fails its
build tests on armhf. Because a limited number of packages changed March
10-11, my best guess for the trigger is that building mozjs with this
new major version of glibc, 2.43-2ubuntu1, caused the failure.

Bus error (core dumped)
Smoke-test failed: did interpreter initialization fail? (see #873778)

Other Info
----------
The test is simple: does the newly built js binary run?
https://salsa.debian.org/gnome-team/mozjs/-/blob/debian/140/latest/debian/test.sh

I don't have armhf hardware to test with. I'm just reporting the build
test results.
