Hi Mohammad-Khaled, Thanks for the detailed bug report! Given that this has been described by the upstream maintainer as an easy fix I've tried my hand at creating a patch to add the quirk [1] which I will be compiling and testing locally on a VM. Once I've validated that it boots I'll be uploading it to a PPA for you to test the patch on Ubuntu. (I'll link it once I've finished testing my side of things)
There you should find instructions for installing the test kernel, at which point you can report back if you find any issues. If everything goes smoothly this can be sent upstream and picked up by our kernels once it is accepted.
