I grabbed the .deb for Noble (before publication, was too slow) and
deployed them on my squid@home:

```
# apt-get install ./squid*.deb
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Note, selecting 'squid-common' instead of
'./squid-common_6.14-0ubuntu0.24.04.1_all.deb'
Note, selecting 'squid' instead of './squid_6.14-0ubuntu0.24.04.1_amd64.deb'
Suggested packages:
   squidclient (6.13-0ubuntu0.24.04.3)
   squid-cgi (6.13-0ubuntu0.24.04.3)
   squid-purge (6.13-0ubuntu0.24.04.3)
   resolvconf
   smbclient (2:4.19.5+dfsg-4ubuntu9.4)
   ufw (0.36.2-6)
   winbind (2:4.19.5+dfsg-4ubuntu9.4)
The following packages will be upgraded:
   squid (6.13-0ubuntu0.24.04.3 => 6.14-0ubuntu0.24.04.1)
   squid-common (6.13-0ubuntu0.24.04.3 => 6.14-0ubuntu0.24.04.1)
2 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
...
```

This new version works well, feel free to mark this as verified-done-
noble if you think that's a good enough verification.

Thanks!

NB: I'll keep this new version deployed and will report here any problem
that surfaces in the next few days, if any.
