The fix was verified on Resolute, Questing, Noble, these are now fully
compliant.
Double checked that the changes does not break anything for Bionic,
Focal, and Jammy, which is more complaint, but due to the limitation of
the systemd package version, still provides `systemdsystemunitdir` value
of /lib/...
