Public bug reported:

I tried to open an `.odp` file, but got mysterious errors that did not
identify the problem. Examples are "Error: source file could not be
loaded" (from command line) and "General input/output error" from
LibreOffice.

The source of the problem was that I did not have libreoffice-impress
installed. Once I did that, all works as expected.

This should result in a better error message; the current ones are
simply wrong. There is no issue about file access or readability or
permissions, it's just that a necessary component isn't available.

Title:
--headless --convert-to gives misleading "source file could not be
  loaded" when the format-specific component (e.g. libreoffice-impress
  for ODP) is not installed
