Public bug reported: Please remove rust-pdb-indieweb from resolute. It's uninstallable.
It is also in resolute-proposed where it fails to build. If it built, I assume the installability issue would be fixed. Its autopkgtest might fail then. It has no reverse dependencies so I think removing it from resolute release makes sense to remove it from the list of uninstallable packages. I don't think it needs to be removed from resolute-proposed since autosyncs will eventually put a newer version in -proposed. https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/proposed- migration/resolute_uninst.txt $ reverse-depends src:rust-indieweb No reverse dependencies found $ reverse-depends -b src:rust-indieweb No reverse dependencies found And because it's a rust package and they tend to use virtual packages which reverse-depends can't handle: https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=path%3Adebian%2Fcontrol+librust-indieweb https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=path%3Adebian%2Ftests%2Fcontrol+librust-indieweb ** Affects: rust-indieweb (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2144504 Title: Please remove rust-indieweb from Ubuntu To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rust-indieweb/+bug/2144504/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
