This issue is not exactly a bug but rather a bad interaction between two
components that are being worked on at the same time. livecd-rootfs is
having some changes made to it that required Calamares' configuration to
change, but those changes have not been fully deployed yet. calamares-
settings-ubuntu is currently designed to work with the newer livecd-
rootfs changes, but that required breaking the package for the older ISO
build mechanism, thus the Lubuntu images on cdimage are, for the moment,
"intentionally" broken. Working images can be found here:

Either the livecd-rootfs changes will be fully deployed eventually,
which will fix this, or we'll need to roll back calamares-settings-
ubuntu, which will fix this. Thus I'll leave this as filed against both
projects.
