* d/p/workarounds/0005-ffmpeg8-*.patch: Add a silly number of patches to
get kodi 21.3 building with ffmpeg8 (without libpostproc) (LP: #2140556)
* d/control: commented b-d for libpostproc as it seems this may re-appear
in future
