It probably makes most sense to skip the embedded server libmariadbd19
(note the 'd' in the name) and libmariadbd-dev as well as the
temporary libmariabdd19t64 from 'main' as they likely have very little
usage, but do take the client library libmariadb-dev into 'main' so
that programs in main can use it as the client library.
