Upstream Debian added `architecture-is-64-bit` and `architecture-is-
little-endian` recently to `r-cran-spatstat.utils` and a number of its
reverse dependencies, resulting in the latest syncs getting stuck in
proposed in Resolute due to `armhf` and `s390x` being blocked.
Reverse dependencies affected in one way or another include: `r-cran-
spatstat.univar`, `r-cran-spatstat.geom`, `r-cran-spatstat.explore`,
`r-cran-spatstat`, `r-cran-spatstat.model`, `r-cran-spatstat.linnet`,
`r-cran-spatstat.random`
