I'm not sure where the parameters come from, but i915 should be the driver for the machine. So, remove "i915.force_probe=!7d51 xe.force_probe=7d51" is correct.
And your issue is pretty similiar to bug 2127764, and the fix is included in 6.17.0-16.16. Try to upgrade the kernel and see if the issue persist.
