Ubuntu 24.04.3  All updates done
Pipe wire will not run or install; says latest version installed.
 Expected pipewire to run;  gave error below
$ pipewire

Just won't run. This second bug report; Sebastion Bacher replied to first one 
Can't open the first one at all
