I have uploaded packages for noble and resolute that should fix this
issue to the security team PPA here:

proposed/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/+packages

Once the packages have finished building, please test them and comment
in this bug. Once it was been confirmed that they do fix the regression,
I will publish them as a regression fix update.
