Public bug reported:

I am using Zorin OS 18 (Ubuntu 24.04 based) with Winboat.

Winboat was working correctly with FreeRDP 3.5.1+dfsg1-0ubuntu1.2.

After updating the FreeRDP packages to 3.5.1+dfsg1-0ubuntu1.4, Winboat
stopped working correctly. The Windows VM still starts and remains
running, but opening any application window through Winboat causes the
client to freeze during window opening/loading, and the process must be
killed manually.

I downgraded the FreeRDP packages to 3.5.0+dfsg1-0ubuntu1, and Winboat
started working normally again.

I could not retest 3.5.1+dfsg1-0ubuntu1.2 after the problem started,
because that version was no longer available in the repositories.
However, it was the version installed previously and it was working
correctly before the upgrade to 3.5.1+dfsg1-0ubuntu1.4.

I only tested this with Winboat. I did not test other RDP use cases such
as full desktop sessions.

Expected result:
Application windows should open normally in Winboat.

Actual result:
With 3.5.1+dfsg1-0ubuntu1.4, Winboat freezes when trying to open any
application window.
