Public bug reported:
I am using Wayland. Using an UHD external monitor. I use Dash to Panel
with the panel docked to bottom.
Windows that are placed in upper quadrants move down by panel height
when I lock and unlock my desktop. This happens whether the panel auto
hides or not. The windows in lower quadrants are not moved. The uppers
ones move down and partially overlap the lower ones. Windows that span
full height of the screen (docked to left side or right side or
maximised) are not affected.
