Upstream closed the bug with this comment: "The GPG keypair generation
dialog not appearing in the LXQt taskbar is a Qt/LXQt window manager
issue, not a QtPass bug. This is related to how LXQt handles modal
dialogs. A workaround is to use the system GPG tools directly or try
running QtPass from the command line."
I'll also close this bug now.
