dkms autoinstall on 6.17.0-19-generic/x86_64 failed for rtl8821cu(10)

This is not a bug with Ubuntu or the kernel. You are using an external kernel
module (rtl8821cu) for your wireless adapter that is incompatible with kernel
6.17.x
For kernel 6.17.x, you probably don't need an external module for your wifi. If
you do, use something compatible with newer kernels, such as:
