So, I tried replicating this behavior, but I could not.

The thing is I have pretty much a minimal setup (and I don't have easy
SCSI storage , so I'm emulating it, which can be subpar...)

Ideally, could you please detail the steps to reproduce, with commands
and configuration?

If not, it would be nice to know configuration details for your nodes
(full output of pcs config show, contents of
/etc/corosyinc/corosync.conf), or the output of pcs status --full.

Besides that, how exactly are you triggering the migration? Are you
doing `pcs resource move`, or any other command?

On the fencing, are you using fence-agents-scsi? is there relevant
pcs/sg_persist information?
