Hey AceLan, I have not had any more issues with this since fixing it in BIOS with my workaround (booting into BIOS, disabling bluetooth, rebooting into BIOS, enabling bluetooth, rebooting again). it may be a scenario in which the bug only manifests itself after initial install.
