Public bug reported:
The insights and the privacy pages use currently an Adw.ActionRow with
an internal Gtk.Switch. This is cumbersome for accessibility because the
role isn't being notified, and the navigation can be odd unless some
tricks are used.
To solve this, Adw.SwitchRow widgets should be used instead of that
combination, because it provides natural navigation and correctly
reports the role and the current state.
