When packaging LXQt this cycle, I accidentally forgot to package a newer
version of Featherpad because it isn't part of the "core" LXQt stack.
Featherpad 1.6.3 is mostly bugfixes from 1.6.2 (the version in Resolute
right now), but has a couple of feature changes according to

* Made replacing after searching easier (without needing to clear the selection
first).
* Added more explanation on searching and replacing to Help.
These both sound relatively non-risky, so I would like to get Featherpad
1.6.3 into Resolute before the final release. I'll test it before
uploading to make sure nothing immediately goes wrong, and if something
goes wrong later, we can easily revert back to 1.6.2.
