** Summary changed:

- add loongarch64 OVMF build back to resolute
+ [FFe] add loongarch64 OVMF build back to resolute

** Description changed:

+ Rationale
+ ---
+
For resolute, the loongarch64 build has been removed alongside with arm and
ia32
The rationale of loongarch64 removal is because we do not provide Ubuntu
packages for this architecture.

However, I think this is a wrong decision because loongarch64 support is
active in the community
(recent architecture) in contrary to ia32 and arm.

EDK2 support for loongarch64 is also active. EDK2 upstream only
  deprecates arm and ia32.

We should bring back the build for loongarch64
+
+ Regression and impact
+ ---
+
+ Even if we have the support for loongarch64 in Questing and this is only about
+ adding it back to Resolute. This is done for a new EDK2 version that might
+ contain bugs related to this architecture.
